On the 24th of September there'll be a great presentation of Giuseppe Zanotti Design's P/E collection, in the Via Montenapoleone 18 showroom.

Le sneakers sono un ritorno alla realtà. La sneaker è un prodotto urbano che attraversa tutte le categorie. E’ diventata la divisa dell’umanità: t-shirt, jeans e sneaker. Ogni stagione Giuseppe Zanotti ripresenta gli stessi modelli ma con nuove interpretazioni di materiali e colori. Dopo il jeans, è la vera invenzione del costume.

Sneakers are a jump back to reality. The sneaker is an urban product which crosses all types of categories. It has become aworldwide uniform: t-shirt, jeans and sneakers. Every season Giuseppe Zanotti presents the same designs but with different interpretations with new materials and colours. It is the best invention after jeans.

Non c'è solo il tacco alto, lo stiletto, c'è il tacco piatto, quello basato e, sì, anche quello esagerato. Comunque il colpo d'occhio è il colore, immediato, dal verde acqua, al blu intenso, al cobalto, ma anche del giallo; ci sono dei pasticci di verde, che danno l’idea del mare. Nelle materie ci sono il camoscio, che è in prevalenza, ci sono le vernici con un'atmosfera quasi tecnologica nei colori giallo turchese fucsia, che vengono messi insieme o isolati.

There isn't only a high heel, the stiletto heel, the flat heel, but also the exaggerated heel. But the first eye catching feature is the colour, from aqua green to an intense blu, to cobalt, but also yellow; there are some mixed up greens that give you the idea of the sea. The main materials are suede, but there are also patent versions which almost give it the technological feelin both the yellow, turquoise and fuchsia tones when either mixed together or isolated.

Anche in questa collezione le borse sono caratterizzate da elementi di ornamento come le chiusure e varie storie di metallo, ma sopratutto il manico in morbida maglia avvolgente. Dalle piccole clutch-gioiello alle maxi bags capienti. Un completo bag stage, una nuova identification story: dal Simbolismo agli anni '70. Anche le borse come forma di cultura, come messaggio, come frivola ossessione!

In this collection there are also bags which are characterized by their closures and other metal elements, but more importantly by the soft chain that entwines it. From the smaller clutch bags to the maxi roomy ones. A complete stage of bags with a new story: from the 1970's Symbolism. Bags are also a form of culture, a message, a frivolous obsession!

I gioielli: c’è molto più argento, più nickel, più freddi, cromati, palladio, abbinati alla lacca nera, pelle, seta… Cerchiamo di fare un gioiello che vesta, parta dal collo, abbracci i fianchi. Collane che si mettono al collo ma anche sul corpo. A volte con effetti floreali di metallo. C’è una voglia di gioielli fake, quasi barocchi...

The jewels: there is alot more silver, more nickel, colder, cromed, palladium, matched to black gloss, leather, silk....we are trying to make a jewel that can dress you, that takes you from the neck and entwines through to your waist. Necklaces that you can wear around both your neck and body. At times with floral effects. There is a huge desire for fake jewels, almost baroque...
