CASUAL PRINT GAMES

Un mix di stampe diverse dallo spirito casual-chic. Il cappotto di Galliano dalla linea trapezoidale che ricorda un pò il montgomery con stampa floreale effetto jaquard  è elegante e raffinato ma con quel giusto accento sporty. La maglietta dal look used è del neo brand Maggie. Caratterizzata da maxi stampa scorpione (stilizzato) e impreziosita da strass e swarovsky. Il morbido cappello in lana con stampa pizzo e dettaglio in vernice, ricorda tanto lo stile francese. Skinny jeans con risvolti e sneakers in cavallino tigrate, per un perfetto street style. Praticamente sempre con me i bracciali multi giri La Fata Gioielli. Ne basta solo uno per valorizzare immediatamente l'outfit!

"Giochi" di stampe, ( floreale effetto jaquard, pizzo e animalier), apparentemente diverse ma che insieme si legano in maniera fresca e armoniosa senza essere per niente eccessive... ;-)

A mix of different prints with a very casual-chic touch. The Galliano coat has a  trapezoidal line which reminds us of the montogomery coat. It has a jaquard effect floral print which is elegant and sophisticated but at the same time has that sporty feel. The used-look t-shirt is by the new brand Maggie. It is characterized by a maxi stylized scorpion print and is embellished with sequins and swarovski. The soft lace woolly hat has patent detailing reminds us of the french style. Skinny jeans with turnups and streaked sneakers are perfect for a street style. La Fata Gioielli bracelets are practically always a part of me. Only one is needed to enhance the outfit!
Playing with prints (floral effect, jaquard, lace and animal prints) all very different but almost the same tie into one another in a rather fresh and harmonious way without being over the top... ;-)

ALLURE PARISIENNE

Un'allure sobrio, retrò, metropolitano e dall'eleganza parisienne.

Estremamente femminile il vestito bianco di ZARA con la baschina (noto per sottolineare il punto vita), ci riporta agli anni '80. Bon-ton, semplice e raffinato il cappello con nastro in tessuto a pois di Marzi firenze. Un tocco moderno e contemporaneo la camicia in pvc con colletto alla coreana della giovanissima e bravissima designer Tiziana Mancarella.

Sempre in pvc le decolletè Louboutin con dettagli scamosciati e cinturino alla caviglia (un must anche per le stagioni fredde). Indispensabile il rossetto rosso che ha sempre quel magico potere di trasformarti in una sensualissima eroina, forte e sicura di sè.

Non ho voluto aggiungere altri accessori all'outfit. Mi piaceva così.Volevo semplicemente che comunicasse "qualcosa di unico e speciale", riportandomi indietro nel tempo...

A simple allure, retrò, metropolitan and Parisienne elegance.
The white basque dress from Zara  (known for the under the waist cut) is extremely feminine and brings us back to the 80's. The Marzi firenze hat with spotted ribbon is bon-ton, simple and elegant. The pvc shirt with korean collar, by the young and excellent designer Tiziana Mancarella is contemporary and has a modern touch.
Even the  Louboutin decolletè are in pvc with suede bits and an ankle strap (a must-have for the colder seasons). A red lipstick is indispensable which always holds the magical trick of transforming you into a sensuaous heroine, strong and sure of herself.
I didn't want to add any otehr accessories to the outfit. I liked it just like this. I simply wanted it to communicate something "unique and special", bringing back in time...

OUTFIT POST : 3 IN 1

Tre eventi, in tre diversi momenti della giornata. Non avere la possibiltà di tornare a casa  e cambiarsi. Come fare in questi casi "disperati" :-) ?  Semplice: basta partire da un abito nero (sempre grandissimo alleato) e cambiare capospalla e accessori.

Per la mattina, sopra l'abito di Gazel in velluto e visosa ho abbinato un cappotto in maglia reverse con disegni jaquard (sempre di Gazel), la divertentissima shopping bag di Le Pandorine by Mad. Maxi occhiali neri e zeppe scamosciate open toe con cinturino alla cavaglia di Zara.

Quest'invero il rosso è tra il colori must, abbinato nella giusta maniera risulta elegante e chic. Per l'evento pomeridiano Chanel, ho deciso di indossare un cappotto rosso maniche 3/4  dallo stile decisamente '60 di Laura Mancini. Ho voluto aggiungere un ulteriore tocco chic e retrò col cappello modello cloche in lana, con disegni in tweed e cinturino in pelle di Marzi Firenze.

Per la sera, qualcosa che luccichi un pò non guasta mai. Così ho cambiato le scarpe indossando delle mary jane platform scamosciate con dettagli glitter di Miu Miu. Rigorosamente una borsa più piccola per la sera, quella che ho scelto è una maxi pochette in pitone di Beirn.

Nei tre "cambi"  ho sempre indossato le meravigliosi gioielli hand made made Criselle Creazioni della mia cara amica Ceristiana Ciuti. Semplici e raffinatissimi, perfetti in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Ed è stato così che "equipaggiandomi" nella giusta maniera ho creato il mio outfit 3 in 1 per tre differenti eventi della giornata... semplice no?! ;-)

Three events in three different times of the day. Not having the chance to pop back home to get changed. What do you do in these desperate situations? Simple: Just as long as you start off with a little black dress (always a faithful friend) and change coat and accessories.

For the morning, ontop of my velvet and viscose Gazel dress I wore a jersey, jacquard print coat (also by Gazel) with the fun Le Pandorine by Mad shopping bag. Big black sunglasses and open toe suede wedges with ankle strap by Zara.

This winter red is  must-have colour for the season, which when matched correctly is elegant and chic. For the afternoon Chanel event, I decided to wear a ¾ sleeve red coat; a decisively 60’s Laura Mancini look. I wanted to add a special chic and retrò touch with the woollen cloche hat; tweed with a leather strap by Marzi Firenze.

For the evening, someting that sparkle never does any harm. Therefore I changed my shoes and wore some Miu Miu suede mary jane platforms with glitter details. A rigourously smaller bag for the evening, and the one I chose was a python maxi pochette by Beirn.

In all three “changes” I always wore the handmade Criselle Creazioni jewels, made by my dear friend Ceristiana Ciuti. Simple and sophisticated, and perfect for any moment in the day.

And it was in this way, that “equipping” myself in the right way was able to create my 3 in 1 outfits for different occasions in the day….simple, don’t you think?! ;-)

                                                                          

MARZI FIRENZE F/W 2012-13

Opere d’arte da indossare. Il cappello Marzi Firenze, da cammeo a passpartout dell’Autunno/Inverno 12-13. Una stagione ricca di modelli tradizionali e nuove interpretazioni, da classic mood a look up to date, perchè l’accessorio per eccellenza è un’icona di stile che non passa mai di moda. Come la storia a cavallo tra due città, Firenze e Parigi, che ha intrecciato le vite di una grande famiglia di cappellai italiani dal Novecento ad oggi.

Works of art to wear. The Marzi Firenze hat, from cameo to passpartout from the Autumn/Winter 12-13 collection. A season enriched with traditional models and new interpretations, from the classic mood to a look up to date one, because an accessory is by far an icon of style which never goes out of date. Like the story of the horse between two cities, Florence and Paris, which has entwined the lives of two great families of italian hat-makers from the 900's to today.

THINKING POP

Un massiccio ricorso ai colori  Pop, acidi, fluo; tra i trend piu' gettonati per questa primavera estate 2012, parola d'ordine: osare, specialmente nel make up, che non passa di certo inosservato. Questo il mood del  nostro nuovo shooting ; colore, colore, colore :-) .
Location ideale quella dell'artista  Stefano Bressani, ( ved. anche: http://bimbi-dotgirl.blogspot.com/2012/03/le-sculture-vestite-di-stefano-bressani.html ) che con le sue "sculture vestite" apre così il panorama su un nuovo modo di pensare, vedere e concepire l’arte. L’arte attraverso la quale Bressani si esprime è di tipo figurativo con chiari riferimenti alla Pop Art, o meglio alla New Pop(ular) Art. L’arte deve essere capace di coesistere in tre diversi mondi: Arte, Design e Moda. Il filo conduttore che lega questi mondi è la Stoffa. Solo Stoffe che arrivano da vestiti, scelti e smembrati per ricavarne trame, colori e spessori.


A huge comeback to colour; pop, acids, fluo are amongst the trendiest colours for this Spring Summer 2012. The code word: dare, especially with the make-up, which doesn’t go unobserved. This is the mood for our new shooting; colour, colour, colour J   
The ideal location is that of artist Stefano Bressani ( also see: http://bimbi-dotgirl.blogspot.com/2012/03/le-sculture-vestite-di-stefano-bressani.html ) who, with his “dressed sculptures” opens a new world on thinking, seeing and understanding art. The way in which Stefano Bressani expresses himself is figurative, with distinct references to pop Art, or more importantly New Pop(ular) Art. Art needs to be able to co-exist in three different worlds: Art, Design and Fashion. The main element which ties together these worlds is Fabric. Only fabrics that are used for clothes, are chosen and disected to obtain texture, weave and colour.
