Odd Molly, il marchio svedese dall'inconfondibile stile folk-cosmopolita, sceglie di collaborare nuovamente con la modella americana Charlotte Kemp Muhl per la stagione Fall/Winter 2012-13.
La liaison artistica tra il brand e la top model nasce più di un anno fa, in occasione dell'ultima sfilata di Odd Molly durante la fashion week di New York, che ha visto Charlotte e il fidanzato Sean Lennon protagonisti di una performance live durante lo show
Fotografa della campagna invernale, ambientata tra le strade ed i loft di New York, è Elisabeth Toll, vincitrice del prestigioso premio “Fashion Photographer of the Year” agli Elle Awards e collaboratrice per Vogue Francia, Russia e Germania.

Odd Molly, the folk-cosmopolitan Swedish brand, once again decides to collaborate with the american model Charlotte Kemp Muhlfor the 2012-13 Fall/Winter collection.
The artistic liason between the brand and top model was born more than a year ago, in occassion of the last Odd Molly catwalk during the New York Fashion Week, which saw Charlotte and her boyfriend Sean Lennon protagonists of a live performance during the show.
Elisabeth Toll, winner of the prestigious "Fashion Photographer of the Year" at the Elle Awards and collaborator for Vogue France, Russia and Germany, is the photographer of the winter campaign, which was set on New York's streets and lofts. 

 

ODD MOLLY LINGERIE S/S 2012

Ciao a tutti, ecco un'altro post dedicato al marchio svedese ODD MOLLY, per questa Primavera/Estate 2012 propone, una nuova collezione di lingerie che rimane fedele allo spirito vintage del brand.
La lingerie firmata ODD MOLLY è composta da capi con un’aria spiccatamente romantica e retro. Pizzi, ricami, stoffe pregiate: tutto ricorda la biancheria di una volta, declinata in colori a volte vivaci, altre polverosi.
Le camicie da notte sembrano abiti, perfette anche sotto leggeri cardigan, i top e le culotte leggermente over si trasformano in divertenti prendisole.
Personalmente adoro questo genere di lingerie , mi piace l'idea di poter abbinare le canotte dai preziosi dettagli come sottogiacca o indossate su semplici jeans.


Hi everyone, here’s another post dedicated to the Swedish brand ODD MOLLY. This Spring/Summer 2012 they propose a new lingerie collection which remains faithful to the vintage spirit of their brand.  
The ODD MOLLY lingerie is distinctly made up of romantic and retro items. Lace, embroidery and fine fabrics: it reminds us of the underwear from years back, proposed in both bright but also softer colour tones.
The nightdresses seem dresses, perfect even under a lightweight cardigan. The tops and culottes can be perfectly turned into sundresses.
I personally adore this type of lingerie. I love the idea of matching vest-tops with elaborate detailing under a jacket or simply on top of jeans.

ODD MOLLY F/W 2012-13 @ STOCKHOLM FASHION WEEK

Odd Molly, il marchio svedese dall'inconfondibile stile folk-cosmopolita, ha scelto le passerelle della Stockholm Fashion Week per festeggiare l'anniversario dei suoi primi 10 anni con una sfilata-evento per la presentazione della collezione Fall/Winter 2012-13.
Questa collezione è stata ispirata dalle popolazioni native delle Ande (Perù, Bolivia), dagli indiani Maya, dal Messico e dalla Cina. I colori sono etnici e accesi, come rossi sanguigni, bianchi peruviani (con tocchi di cognac), indaco preferibilmente accostato al bianco, toni del nero e colori polverosi, come il cipria.
La donna che sceglie Odd Molly è uno spirito libero e veste seguendo il proprio mood, mixato ovviamente al nostro 'Sunday morning feeling'.

Odd Molly, the  unmistakable folk-cosmopolitan style Swedish brand, has chosen the Stockholm Fashion Week to celebrate it's 10 year anniversary, with a catwalk event in order to present its Fall/Winter 2012-13 collection.
This collection was inspired by the native Ande population (Perù, Bolivia), the indians in Maya, from Mexico and China. The colours are ethnic and bright, like blood red, peruvian white (with a touch of cognac), indigo preferibly matched with white, black and other powdery colours.
The woman who choses Odd Molly is a free spirit and who dresses according to her mood, obviously mixing it in with our "Sunday morninf feeling".
